REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br /> JULY 30, 1991 <br /> 3 PAGE 11 <br /> 4 <br /> 5 <br /> 6 Motion by Ranallo, second by Marks to approve the second <br /> 7 reading of Ordinance No. 1991-006 being an ordinance <br /> 8 relating to a moratorium on issuance of permits for , <br /> 9 construction of new buildings and certain alternations in a <br /> 10 defined area north of Kenzie Terrace and south of St. <br /> 11 Anthony Boulevard; amending the 1973 Code of Ordinances by <br /> 12 adding a new section 360. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 16 Doug Jones, a resident of St. Anthony, advised that the 1992 <br /> :7 Unicycle National Championships will be held in St . Anthony. <br /> :3 <br /> :9 Mr . Jones also noted he had been in . contact with the Sports <br /> 20 Boosters regarding their willingness to fund a portion of the <br /> 2Z costa for a sidewalk on Silver Lane. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 The City Manager noted that many requests fzom the City are into <br /> 24 the Sports Boosters for funds. <br /> 25 <br /> 0 11.
