Resolution No 92-007 ; Approval of a Joint Powers <br /> 19 Aareement with the City of Columbia Heiahts <br /> 20 <br /> 21 This resolution addresses the installation of a <br /> 22 pedestrian/traffic signal on Stinson Boulevard between <br /> 23 38th and 39th Avenues. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Councilmember Wagner observed that the agreement mentions <br /> 26 a sign control button on the west side of Stinson <br /> 27 Boulevard, but does not mention one for the east side. <br /> 28 The City Manager will check the agreement regarding this i <br /> 29 matter. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 Motion by Fleming, second by Enrooth to approve <br /> 32 Resolution No. 92-007 being a resolution approving a <br /> 33 Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Columbia Heights <br /> 34 for a pedestrian signal and authorizing the Mayor and <br /> 35 City Manager to execute said agreement . <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 38 <br /> 39 <br /> 40 C.
