APPLICATION FOR PERMIT: Every application for a sign permit 12 must be accompanied by a plan or plans drawn to scale and including: 13 (1) The dimensions of the sign and, where applicable, the dimensions of 14 the wall surface of the building to which it is to be attached. 15 (2) The maximum and minimum height of the sign. 16 (3) The proposed location of the sign in relation to the face of the building 17 in front of which or above which it is to be erected. 18 (4) The proposed location of the sign in relation to the boundaries of the 19 lot upon which it is to be situated. 20 (5) If the sign is to be illuminated, the technical means by which this is to 21 be accomplished and the hours of illumination. 22 (6) Where the sign is to be attached to any existing building, a diagram or 23 photograph of the face of the building to which the sign is to be 24 attached. 25 (7) The name and address of the owner of the sign and the address of the 26 property where the sign is located. 27 (8) Where a ground level sign is proposed with berming, a diagram 28 showing grade level and dimensions of the berm.
