Burt, City Manager <br /> FROM: David Mark Urbia, Management Assistant <br /> ITEM: Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment for Kenzie Terrace Moratorium <br /> Area. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> I have included an explanation of the comprehensive land use plan amendment and the form <br /> submitted to the Metropolitan Council for review. In addition, I have included a flow chart <br /> that graphically displays the review process they follow. The Metropolitan Council had a ten <br /> day initial review of the proposed amendment and found no issues that would require <br /> further review. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Recommend to the City Council to amend the City of St. Anthony Comprehensive.Land Use <br /> Plan in the area north of the proposed new intersection at Kenzie Terrace from commercial <br /> to single family residential (currently the 2905 Kenzie Terrace area, 2700 Coolidge Street, <br /> and a portion of 2715 Coolidge Street). <br />
