ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the Planning Commission of the <br /> City of St. Anthony at 7:35 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, on August 18, 1992, in <br /> the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 3301 Silver Road (enter northeast corner) for <br /> the following purpose: <br /> APPLICANT: City of St. Anthony <br /> GENERAL LOCATION: Kenzie Terrace Moratorium Area <br /> PROPOSAL: Amend the City of St. Anthony Comprehensive Land Use Plan in the <br /> area north of the proposed new intersection at Kenzie Terrace from commercial to <br /> single family residential (currently the 2905 Kenzie Terrace area, 2700 Coolidge <br /> Street, and a portion of 2715 Coolidge Street). . <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter will be heard at said time <br /> and place. Questions regarding this matter may be referred to the City Manager, 789-8881. <br /> Auxiliary aids for handicapped persons are available upon request at least 96 hours in <br /> advance. Please call the City Clerk at 789-8881 to make arrangements. <br /> Publish: Bulletin, August 5, 1992 <br />
