CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> 9 <br /> 10 The meeting was called to order at 7 : 30 p.m. by Mayor Ranallo <br /> 11 who led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 <br /> 14 2 . ROLL .CALL <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Council Present : Mayor Ranallo, Councilmembers Enrooth, <br /> 17 Fleming, and Wagner. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Mayor Ranallo explained that Councilmember Marks will be <br /> 20 coming to the Council Meeting later as he is hosting some of <br /> 21 the visitors from Salo, Finland. Salo is St . Anthony' s Sister <br /> 22 City. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Staff Present : City Manager Burt and City Attorney Soth <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 0 3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA FOR JULY 13, 1992 COUNCIL MEETING <br /> 29 <br /> 30 The City Manager requested that item D under New Business be <br /> 31 removed. This item . is Resolution No. 92-034 which addresses <br /> 32 the agreement with Washington County concerning the Macalaster <br /> 33 Apartments rehabilitation. He explained that Ramsey County has <br /> 34 not yet received funding from HUD. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Motion by Wagner, second by Enrooth to approve the agenda for <br /> 37 the July 13, 1992 Council Meeting with the requested <br /> 38 modification. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 41 <br /> 42 <br /> 43 4 . APPROVAL OF JUNE 23 , 1992 COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> 44 <br /> 45 Motion by Fleming, second by Wagner to approve the minutes of <br /> 46 the June 23, 1992 Council 'Meeting with the following <br /> 47 correction: <br /> 48 <br /> 49 page 8 , lines 11/12 : insert between "but" and "people" the <br /> 50 word "not" and delete at the end of the sentence the words <br /> 51 "are needed. " <br /> 2 <br /> Motion carried unanimously <br />
