He feels it is now <br /> 11 ready for adoption and is more concise in its present form. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 Copies. of this ordinance will be available for public review <br /> 14. at the City Hall , the library -and the fire station . <br /> 15 <br /> 16 The City Manager will have copies made for all of the <br /> 17 Councilmembers . <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Motion by Marks , second by Wagner to approve the first reading <br /> 20 of Ordinance No. 1992-011 which is an ordinance codifying the <br /> 21 general ordinances of the City of St . UNFINISHED BUSINESS - <br /> 30 <br /> 31 A. Ordinance No. 1992-010 , Re: Rezoning for City' s South End <br /> 32 Improvements ( 3rd Reading) <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Councilmember Marks left the Council Chambers for the <br /> 35 discussion and voting on Ordinance No. 1992-010 . He has a <br /> 36 conflict of interest with one of the properties addressed in <br /> 37 this ordinance. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Motion by Enrooth, second by Wagner to approve the third <br /> 40 reading and passage -of Ordinance No. 1992-010 which is an <br /> 41 ordinance relating to zoning, rezoning certain property from <br /> 42 commercial to single-family residential . <br /> 43 <br /> 44 <br /> 45 Roll call : Enrooth, Fleming, Wagner, Ranallo aye <br /> 46 Marks abstain <br /> 47 <br /> 48 <br /> 49 Motion carries <br /> 50 <br />
