The engineers had estimated <br /> 8 this project at approximately $180, 000 . The City Manager <br /> 9 advised some of the funds may be returned to the federal <br /> 10 government since the bids came in considerably lower than the <br /> 11 estimate. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 Motion by Marks , second by Enrooth to accept the low bid for <br /> 14 the water system improvements from Gridor Construction, Inc . <br /> 15 in the amount of $162 , 043 . 00 . <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 18 <br /> 19 <br /> 20 B. Resolution No. 92-051 , Re: Creation of a New Property <br /> 21 Taxpayers ' Trust Fund <br /> 22 <br /> 23 The City Manager advised that twenty-eight metropolitan <br /> 24 municipalities have approved this resolution and about 100 <br /> 25 cities statewide have approved it . <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Motion by Enrooth , second by Marks to approve Resolution No. <br /> 28 92-051 which is a resolution concerning a constitutional <br /> 29 amendment to create a new Property Taxpayers ' Trust Fund in <br /> 30 Minnesota . <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Motion carried unanimously, <br /> 33 <br /> 34 <br /> 35 C. -Resolution No. 92-054 , Re: County Road Maintenance <br /> 36 Aareement With Hennepin County <br /> 37 <br /> 38 The City Manager advised that street sweeping charges have <br /> 39 increased considerably and mowing will be increased in <br /> 40 frequency. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Motion by Marks , second by Fleming to approve Resolution No. <br /> 43 92-054 which is a resolution authorizing the Mayor and City <br /> 44 Manager to execute the agreement between Hennepin County and <br /> 45 the City of St . Anthony for road maintenance services . <br /> 46 <br /> 47 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 48 <br /> 49 <br /> 50 <br />
