STAFF REPORT <br /> DATE: December 2, 1992 <br /> TO: Planning Commission <br /> FROM: David Mark Urbia, Management Assistant <br /> ITEM: PLANNING COMMISSION MEEMNG START TIME. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> The City Council will change its meeting start time from 7:30 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. in the <br /> proposed recodified ordinance (the third reading will be on December 22, 1992). As the <br /> ordinance reads now, the Planning Commission meeting start time is 7:30 P.M.. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Change Planning Commission meeting start time to 7:00 P.M. to be uniform' with City <br /> Council meeting start times. In addition, the earlier start time could potentially lead to <br /> eaxlier meeting end times. <br />
