The tanks are 10 feet in <br /> diameter, 20 feet high, and will be 4 feet above ground level for the unloading <br /> conveyor. The tanks would be used for storage of bulk popcorn. <br /> The tanks will not use any of the parking area and are proposed to be enclosed <br /> in 1995. <br /> r <br />
