Planning Commission Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> October 18, 1994 <br /> Page 10 <br /> 1 Bergstrom reported his attendance at a meeting of the Environmental Quality/Recycling Task <br /> 2 Force. They have published an article in the most recent City newsletter. They are <br /> 3 recommending the City use a single haul system for their recycling. They intend to suggest that <br /> 4 the City conduct a survey of the St. Anthony residents to see if they are in favor of a single <br /> 5 hauler system. They would like to include the survey on the next meter reading card sent to <br /> 6 residents. They are intending to publish an article in the next City newsletter in January to <br /> 7 inform residents about the idea. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 VII.
