In addition, there are <br /> two other requests for action by the Planning Commission that night. Because <br /> the Planning Commission will have a full agenda on the 15th with the CUB and <br /> Knox requests, the Planning Commission meeting will begin at 6:00 P.M. that <br /> evening. The Commission will consider the two other.requests first and any <br /> other miscellaneous information, then the CUB and Knox public hearings will <br /> begin at 7:00 P.M. The 6:00 P.M. meeting can be recessed until 7:00 P.M., <br /> if it concludes before 7:00 P.M. <br /> On a second note, I feel it maybe worthwhile for the Planning Commission to <br /> review the Knox and CUB material again before the 15th meeting. They may <br /> make changes in the interim, as well as their comprehensive sign plan. I have <br /> scheduled Thursday, November 10th from 3:30 to 4:30 P.M. and Tuesday, <br /> November 15th from 5:00 to 6:00 P.M., to review updated plans with Larry <br /> Hamer and me. If you cannot meet at either of those times and you are <br /> interested in doing so, please let me know and we will arrange to meet with you <br /> at a more conveniet time for you. <br /> If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. <br /> rs 1 <br />
