The <br /> plan portrays a My developed community that has rebounded from a major service disruption caused by <br /> contamination of its groundwater source. <br /> Technical comments reflect the Comcil's interest in seeing a.more visible conservation program; in dedicating <br /> a section of the plan to policies, objectives and standards; and in reformatting the emergency plan to be more <br /> easily accessible. <br /> RECONEMMATIONMhat the Metropolitan Council transmit the technical comments to the Village of St. <br /> Anthony and the Minnesota Departraent of Natural Resources. <br />
