Planning Commission Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> October 21, 1997 <br /> Page 8 <br /> 1 Ms. Moore-Sykes reported that Jay Hartman has been chosen as Mr. Hamer's successor. Mr. <br /> 2 Hartman was previously in charge of the water and sewer system in the City of St. Anthony. <br /> 3 Ms. Moore-Sykes reported that Steve Koes, Public Works Department, is also retiring and an <br /> 4 Open House will be held for him on October 31 at 2:00 P.M. at City Hall. <br /> 5 Commissioner Makowske noted that the City elections for School Board and City Council <br /> 6 will be held on November 4. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 X.
