CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: <br /> 5 The meeting was-called to order and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Chair Bergstrom at <br /> 6 7:04 P.M. <br /> 7 111. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Commissioners present: Chair Bergstrom; Commissioners Delmonico, Franzese, <br /> 9 Gondorchin, Horst, Makowske (arrived at 7:06 P.M.), and <br /> 10 Thompson. <br /> 11 Commissioners absent: None. <br /> 12 Also present: Kim Moore-Sykes, Management Assistant. <br /> 13 III. APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 21, 1997 PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA. <br /> 14 - Motion by Delmonico, seconded by Franzese, to approve the Planning Commission Agenda <br /> 15 for October 21, 1997 with the following change: <br /> 16 Under VII. Concept Review add: 2. Baker Associates, Inc., Stinson Boulevard and 33rd <br /> 17 Avenue NE. <br /> 18 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 19 IV. APPROVAL OF THE SEPTEMBER 16, 1997 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> 20 MINUTES. <br /> 21 Motion by Bergstrom, seconded by Makowske, to approve the September 16, 1997 Planning <br /> 22 Commission Meeting minutes with the following changes: <br /> 23 Page 2, Line 30: Replace "that" with "as if'. <br /> 24 Page 6, Line 6: Replace "requires a" with "allows a maximum of'. <br /> 25 Page 7, Line 18: After the word "District" replace text with "currently require the same <br /> 26 limits as the standard R-1 uses". <br /> 27 Page 7, Line 21: Replace "will" with "would". <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 30 V. DESIGNATE PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE FOR OCTOBER 28, <br /> 31 1997 COUNCIL MEETING. <br /> 32 Commissioner Horst was appointed as the Planning Commission representative for the <br /> 33 Tuesday, October 28, 1997, City Council meeting. <br /> 34 VI. PUBLIC HEARINGS - None. <br /> 35 VII. CONCEPT REVIEW. <br /> 36 1. Silver Lake Camp - Salvation Army Camp Lone Range Plan Review. <br />
