St. Anthony Village
Northwest Quadrant Redevelopment
Open House Comments Summary
Pratt/Dominium (BKV)
- . Like the BKV concept best (6)
- Like them with some changes needed
Like the small park with a water feature (3)
- Liked the central court yard
- Like the additional retail space (2)
The overall structure of the plan is great (2)
- Plan has a good variety of uses and is open
Look of commercial buildings is good
Liked that they included more single family housing and the senior housing.
Liked that it did not have as many apartment complexes.
- Nice, low-density design
- Too sterile- photos from past work does not have enough character for an old
village.
- Do not like the inclusion of existing retail.
- Like the inclusion of existing retail
- To create a new downtown don't include existing elements
- Seemed most logical and appealing to me.
- . Nothing jumped out at'me from an architectural standpoint. Just more of the
same old stuff that I believe we want to stay away from.
Ugly buildings
Concept was heavy on commercial and retail. (2)
Way too much parking
Way too dense. Too many apartment and senior apartment buildings. (2)
Not enough upscale townhomes like their other projects.
9
