The Task Force is recommending that Council
direct staff to study this issue further and prepare stormwater management guidelines for teardowns,
additions, and infill development. The Task Force recommends that staff work.with an advisory
committee to develop recommendations:
• Develop Recommendations for Teardowns/Infill Development in Additional Residential Districts '
- The Teardown Task Force feels there is a need for regulations.for other zoning districts including
the Rl;RI A,and additional R1 and R2 districts,to be further explored. Staff estimates that the
initial research for this would take approximately six months. After the research stage is complete,
this task force could reconvene or another task force could be set up to further examine additional
areas. Since different-areas of the city.have different development characteristics; staff and the task.
force feels that it is important to examine these areas individually and create regulations that fit each
area rather than applying a.policy to the city as a whole:
[Return to top'ofpage]
Send.mail to city deaartment9 with questions or comments about the City'of Naperville or this web site.
City of Naperville•400 S.Eagle Street•PO Box 3020•.Naperville,IL,60366-7020.630-420-6111
Copyright®1996-2000•All rights reserved a Disclaimer
