9AW <br /> • <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> DATE : March 12 , 1982 <br /> TO: Planning Commission Members <br /> FROM: Ron Berg , Administrative Assistant <br /> SUBJECT: 15 Foot Land Transfer <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This public hearing is for the purpose of transferring a 15 foot <br /> strip of land from 3916 Shamrock to 3912 Shamrock . As can be <br /> seen on the accompanying copy of the plat , this decreases the <br /> frontage of 3916 from 99 feet to 84 feet and increases the frontage <br /> of 3912 from 74 feet to 89 feet. The purpose of all this is the <br /> desire of the, resident at 3912 to eventually add a 15 foot ex- <br /> tension to his garage . <br /> This is all very straightforward and I see no problem. <br /> • To accomplish this , we must go through the "subdivision without <br /> platting" procedure . This is akin to platting but simpler. <br /> Seeing no problem, I recommend the Planning Commission forward- a <br /> recommendation of approval to the City Council . <br /> PLANNING C:;:-,MISSION CONCURRED WITH ABOVE AND RECOMMENDS THE <br /> 15 FOOT TRANSFER. <br /> ROB/cjk <br />
