-6- <br /> It was agreed that the Village Gardenettes should be invited to attend <br /> • a future Council meeting where formal recognition could be made of <br /> their ongoing program of beautification in the City, particularly in <br /> the park area at the City entrance near Highway 88 and St. Anthony <br /> Boulevard. <br /> The Manager suggested the employee family picnic might be a good time <br /> for initiating the service recognition program he outlined in his <br /> June 4th memorandum. After a lengthy discussion , it was the majority <br /> consensus that the $400 cost of such a program, even in the face of <br /> budgetary restrictions , would be perceived by the City residents to be <br /> an investment in better morale and productivity for City employees . <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Letourneau to <br /> adopt the resolution which approves the service recognition program <br /> proposed by the City Manager. <br /> RESOLUTION 82-026 <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SERVICE <br /> RECOGNITION PROGRAM FOR ST.
