It was correctly determined that the survey in- <br /> cluded in the materials for this item was incorrect. Therefore , the requested <br /> variance (7 foot front yard) was deemed uncertain. The Planning Commission <br /> recommended tabling the item until that is cleared up (subsequent onsite <br /> measurementsshow the survey incorrect, but the request for 7 feet correct) . <br /> (2) Kenzie Terrace resolution. Mr. Kri,er- was present to give an overview of the <br /> • revitalization program and the need for a Planning Commission resolution. The <br /> F IS CWcY4n .for the June 28th HRA meeting) was passed unanimously. <br /> ALTERNATIVES : <br /> RECOMMENDATION: ( l.)
