CITY OF ST. ANTHONY COUNCIL MINUTES • October 11 , 1983 The meeting was opened at 7: 35 P.M. with the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Sundland. Present for roll call-: Marks , Ranallo, Sundland, and Enrooth. Absent: Letourneau. Also present: David Childs, City Manager.. The minutes of the Council's September 27th meeting were amended as follows : Page 3, para. 1 : Insert "also be added" at the end of last line . para. 6 : Delete "was" before "presented" in line 1. Page 8, para. 8 : Delete "be" in the last line. Page 10 , last para. : Insert ."Doug Jones" between "member" and "had raised" in line 1 . Motion by -Councilman, Marks and seconded by .Councilman Enrooth to approve S as amended -the- minutes of the Council meeting held September 27, 1983 . Motion carried unanimously . Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Ranallo to grant a heating license to Northeast Sheet Metal , Inc. , and a multiple dwell- ing permit to Gary Aherns for the Macalaster Manor Apartments , 3800- 3808 Macalaster Drive. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Enrooth to approve payment of verified claims listed for August 31st and October 11th, 1983 in the October 11 , 1983. Council agenda packet. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Ranallo to approve payment of $447. 77 to .Comstock . & Davis , Inc. , former City Engineers , as payment of labor costs -for pulling mylar and sepia copies of asbuilt plans of City streets and utilities . Motion carried unanimously. Referring back ,to ...the. approval, of illuminated signage for TCF the pre- vious meeting, . Mayor Sundland indicated he. had .-been . told. the owners of • the' Jet gas station on.. the corner of 37th. Avenue N.E. and Silver- Lake 'Road intend, to -close the .station during. the reconstruction of that road- way.- and would- only -resume, operation.,on that corner if they. are permitted
