Mr. Tromiczak said he was <br /> reluctant to be the first to incur the cost of an appraisal which <br /> would benefit all the rest of the condo owners in the office <br /> park. <br /> Council Action <br /> Motion by Marks, seconded by Makowske ' to accept the Hennepin <br /> County' s proposal to lower the 1987 values for 10 of the <br /> Northgate Off-ice Park Condominiums to_ the values listed in the <br /> document provided by Hennepin County Assessor Tom Holmes at the <br /> St. Anthony Village Board of Review in the Council- Chambers, <br /> April 28', ' 1987 .
