He warned Mike 13 Donatelle and Bob Olson of Minnesota Scientific who were present, that 14 "the Council would probably not look with favor on any further exten- 15 sions of the deadline. " He then invited their comments. 16 Mr. Donatelle, who was accompanied by his brother, Charles, took full 17 .responsibility for overlooking the deadline date saying it had just 18 been an oversight on their part not to have approached the City sooner 19 about an extension. He said he had never realized that not doing so 20 would create so many problems for his tenants. The Donatelle Properties 21 spokesman assured the Council that the temporary facility "would be down 22 'by April 1st, or even before that date." 4VMr. Olson told the Council the trailer had not really been the 4 convenience they thought for his company because with no water connec- 25 tions in the trailer, the salesmen who worked there had to go to. the 26 main building to use the restroom facilities. He said his firm had made 27 a thorough search of the area for office space and the Donatelle 28 building in New Brighton was the only one which had space which met 29 their needs. The Minnesota Scientific representative indicated he was 30 certain the "New Brighton space would be available at the latest by 31 April 1st.
