Drainage subject to City engineering approval. 10 3. Final Plat approval depending on a signed Redevelopment Agreement 11 with Evergreen Development. 12 In approving the Preliminary Plat, the Council acknowledges the 13 develo er's offer to negotiate a shared cost access easement over the 14a� � closest to the railroad tracks for future development of Lot 5, 15 V1lella Subdivision. 16 Motion carried unanimously. 17 Vote on Minnesota Scientific Permit Extension Delayed for Councilmember 18 Marks' Arrival 19 The Council had imposed an October 31st deadline on the company's use 20 of a mobile trailer for an office during their August 25, 1987 meeting 21 and the Planning Commission had held a public hearing on the extension 22 of that permit during their October 19th meeting. 23 Commissioner Brownell explained that the unanimous Commission recommen- 24 dation that the Council grant the requested extension had been predi- 25 cated on the Minnesota Scientific President, Bruce LeVahn's testimony 26 that it had taken 6 months to negotiate the lease with the Donatelle 27 Company for new office facilities in one of their buildings in New 28 Brighton which would not be ready for occupancy until sometime in March. 29 The Commission representative assured Mayor Sundland that the Commission 30 recommendation had also anticipated that the mobile trailer facility 31 would be removed whenever the firm vacated its St. Anthony location. 32.
