• Section 3. Subd. 2 of Section 806:20 of the 1973 Code of Ordinances is amended to <br /> read as follows: <br /> Subd. 2. Except for temporary licenses issued under Subd. 3 of Section <br /> 806:00, licenses hereunder shall be issued only to persons who are <br /> citizens of the United States and who are of good moral character and <br /> repute, who have attained the age of 21 years and who are proprietors <br /> of the establishments for which the licenses are issued. Temporary <br /> licenses issued under Subd. 3 of Section 806:00 may be issued only to a <br /> club or charitable, religious, or other nonprofit organization in <br /> existence for at least three years. <br /> Section 4. Subd. 8 of Section 806:20 of the 1973 Code of Ordinances is amended to <br /> read as follows: <br /> Subd. 8. All licenses for the sale of wine shall be issued for a period of <br /> one year, except for temporary licenses issued under Subd. 3 of Section <br /> 806:00, and except that for.purposes of coordinating the time of <br /> expiration of all annual licenses in the City, licenses may be issued for a <br /> shorter time to expire at a given time of the year, in which case a pro <br /> rata fee shall be charged. <br /> Section 5.
