I am trying to create a more pleasant <br /> atmosphere for our residents in Saint Anthony. We are <br /> currently remodeling our store and the Village of Saint <br /> Anthony has asked me to look at our outside appearance and <br /> see what can be done to improve it. <br /> As you see the attached plan is basicly the same size as <br /> it is now, if anything a bit smaller. We definately need a <br /> variance because the new ordance will cause an undue <br /> • hardship for visability since we are located 1440 feet from <br /> our main street Silver Lake Rd. We are not asking for <br /> anything more than we have now, but signage and visability <br /> is very important in our competive market and is of up most <br /> importance to our super market. <br /> The Apache Country Store wants to be a good neighbor and <br /> help beautify the stores appearance in Saint Anthony. The <br /> determanation of the stores name will either be <br /> Apache Country Store or Apache New Market which will be <br /> decided later this summer.
