ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> SIGN VARIANCE REQUEST <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, June 19, <br /> 1990 at 8 : 00 P.M. . Public Hearings are held in the Council <br /> Chambers of the City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast <br /> corner of the building) . The Planning Commission will meet to: <br /> • Consider a request from Vernon Berggren, Apache Country Store, <br /> 2508-38th Avenue N. E. for a variance to allow a 88 . 5 square <br /> foot store frontage sign as well as a 28 square foot sign <br /> above the store entrance in lieu of the allowed 150 square <br /> foot of signage. This is a decrease from the existing sign, <br /> which is 927 square feet. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter will <br /> be heard at said time and place.
