Rieke Carroll Muller Associates <br /> I 1 Motion by Marks, second by Makowske to approve the claims by the Rieke <br /> 12 Carroll Muller Associates in the amounts of$367.59, $775.22, $169.00 and <br /> 13 $313.35. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 In response to a question by Makowske regarding the 100-150% mark-up, <br /> 16 Burt said the City required them to provide more detailed information on <br /> 17 their invoices. <br /> 18 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 E. Verified Claims. <br /> 21 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the three pages of liquor • <br /> 22 accounts payable dated November 19.-28,1990. <br /> 23 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 REPORTS Continued. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 B. Council <br /> 28 Makowske said she will be resigning from the Ramsey County League of <br /> 29 Local Government and the North Suburban Youth Services Bureau and other <br /> 30 committees. Those positions should be replaced by another member of the <br /> 31 Council. Ranallo said that Enrooth would-like to apply for the Board of <br /> 32 Directors for AMM. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Ranallo said that he has been selected by the League of Cities to meet with <br /> 35 Senator elect Wellstone, and Congressmen Ramstad and Peterson. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 C. City Manager <br /> 38 Tom Burt reported that Officer Bill Ferguson will be retiring in February. <br /> 39 The Federal and State standard have changed the system we follow which <br /> 40 will involve updating the City computer system and forms are changed. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Burt also reported that the plant was started today and when they were <br /> 43 back-flushing the pipe was full. It took over an hour to backwash a filter. <br /> 44 They doubt if it can be dumped into a.sanitary sewer. There may have to be <br /> 45 a sewer line down 33rd Avenue over to Minneapolis.
