The Liquor Operations Manager has negotiated a <br /> p lower lease rate for the first year and a higher lease rate for the <br /> 9 next two years. Resolution No. 91-030; Re: Hennepin County Yard Waste Rebate Application <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Dave Urbia is recommending this resolution be tabled for further consideration. <br /> 19 He advised that the Recycling Committee prefers to use the funds for <br /> 2 0 equipment. He noted that Hennepin County has stated that the proposals <br /> 21 made by the City would not be eligible for funding. Minneapolis has no <br /> 22 drop-off site. Dave will be contacting the City of Fridley regarding <br /> 23 its drop-off center. <br /> 24 Motion by Fleming, second by Marks to table consideration of Resolution <br /> 25 No. 91-030 until the next regular Council meeting. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 26 Motion carried unanimously <br /> �9 B. Ordinance No. 1991-004; Re: Rezoning of Lakeshore Properties Ord <br /> 30 Reading) <br /> 31 The City Manager advised that a hearing was held last Tuesday on this <br /> 32 ordinance. It addresses the area around Silver Lake.and only one pro- <br /> 33 perty owner spoke and he was supportive of the ordinance. The Planning <br /> 34 Commission recommends approval of passage. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Motion by Ranallo, second by Wagner to have the third reading and approve <br /> 37 adoption of Ordinance No. 1991-004 being an ordinance rezoning single <br /> 38 family property on the shore of Silver Lake, amending Section 3, sub- <br /> 39 division 1 of the zoning ordinances to add a new single family lakeshore <br /> 40 residence District R-lA classification, and by adding a new Section <br /> 41 4A setting forth the zoning regulations for the new'R-IA District <br /> 42 to Appendix I of the 1973 Code of Ordinances. <br /> A-3 <br /> 44' -Motion carried unanimously <br /> bg <br /> 46 C. Ordinance No. 1991-005; Re: Multi-Dwelling Recycling Ord Reading) <br /> 47 Dave Urbia advised he has contacted all multiple dwelling owners or <br /> 48 caretakers regarding this ordinance and recycling in their properties. <br /> 49 He noted that nearly all of these buildings have instituted recycling <br /> 30 <br />
