Anthony Lions Club, commented on the unsightly appearance of <br /> 46 the property located on the north side of 37th Avenue. This <br /> 47 property is located between the Standard Oil Service Station and <br /> 48 the American Monarch building. He stated he has been complaining <br /> 49 about this property for three years and has seen no improvement . <br /> 50 <br /> 51 The City Manager noted that this property is owned by American <br /> 2 Monarch . This company has recently filed for bankruptcy. He noted <br /> that the City will have to formally request this company to clean <br /> 04 up the area. If they do not comply, then the City can. do the clean <br />
