Hance & LeVahn - $2,400.00. <br /> 7 Motion by Wagner, seconded by Marks to approve payment in the amount <br /> 8 of $2,400.00 to Hance & LeVahn for legal services rendered for the month <br /> 9 of September, 1991, relative to St. Anthony prosecutions. <br /> 10 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 11 F. Dickson Electric - $1,640.00. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, seconded by Enrooth to approve payment in the amount <br /> 13 of $1,640.00 to Dickson Electric for electrical work at the water filter plant. <br /> �4 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 15 G. Calgon Carbon Corporation - $38,650.00. <br /> 16 Motion by Marks, seconded by Enrooth to approve payment in the amount <br /> 17 of$38,650.00 to Calgon Carbon Corporation for the removal and tear down <br /> 18 of the Calgon Carbon System. There will be at least one more charge <br /> 19 relating to removal of the temporary filtration system. <br /> 20 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 21 H. Barr Engineering - $2,662.48. <br /> 22 Motion by Wagner, seconded by Enrooth to approve payment in the <br /> 23 amount of $2,662.48 to Barr Engineering for engineering services from <br /> 24 August 4 to August 31, 1991 relating to the County Road 88 and District 6 <br /> 25 Storm Sewer system. <br /> 26 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 27 As an aside, Mayor Ranallo indicated Barr Engineering is ready to present <br /> 28 the study on the District 6 storm sewer system to Hennepin County. The <br /> 29 County is sharing in the cost for the study. <br /> • <br />
