Barr Engineering - $3,868.76. <br /> 2 Motion by Wagner, seconded by Enrooth to approve payment in the <br /> 3 amount of $3,868.76 to Barr Engineering .for engineering services from <br /> 4 August 4 - August 31, 1991 relating to the Highcrest Road outlet. <br /> 5 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 6 J. Braun Intertec - $7,152.00. <br /> 7 Motion by Marks, seconded by Wagner to approve payment in the amount <br /> 8 of $7,152.00 to Braun Intertec regarding the pavement management <br /> 9 program. <br /> 10 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 11 K. Maier Stewart & Associates, Inc. - $3,763.74. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, seconded by Fleming to approve payment in the amount <br /> 13 of $3,763.74 to Maier Stewart & Associates for engineering services from <br /> 14 July 28 to August 31, 1991 relating to the Chandler Drive improvements <br /> 15 and the Kenzie Terrace sidewalk project. • <br /> 16 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 17 L. Verifieds. <br /> 18 Motion by Marks, seconded by Enrooth to approve the six pages of verified <br /> 19 claims prepared by the Finance Department. <br /> 20 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 21 VII. REPORTS. <br /> 22 A. COUNCIL <br /> 23 1. Wagner. Councilmember Wagner received a letter signed by Irwin <br /> 24 Jacobs and Roy Smalley thanking him for his efforts toward the <br /> 25 Special Olympics. Wagner remarked that he had also been <br /> 26 complimented on the manner in which the Special Olympic guests <br /> 27 were treated by St. Anthony residents. <br /> 28 2. Fleming. Councilmember Fleming distributed a Unicycle Newsletter. <br /> 29 She noted that the National Meet will be held in St. Anthony next year. <br /> 30 More information on this event will be upcoming. • <br />
