Regular Council Meeting <br /> September 24, 1991 <br /> Page 7 <br /> 1 IX. NEW BUSINESS. <br /> 2 A. Motion by Marks, seconded by Ranallo to approve the write-off of 1990 <br /> 3 uncollectible checks submitted by the St. Anthony Municipal liquor <br /> 4 operations. <br /> 5 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 6 B. Councilmembers Enrooth and Wagner indicated their interest in serving on <br /> 7 the Advisory Committee for the selection of a permanent <br /> 8 Superintendent/Business Manager for I.S.D. #282. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 Motion by Wagner, seconded by Marks to appoint Councilmember Richard <br /> 11 Enrooth to the I.S.D. #282 Advisory Committee for the selection of a <br /> 12 Superintendent/Business Manager. <br /> 13 Voting on the motion: <br /> �4 Aye: Wagner, Marks, Ranallo, Fleming <br /> 15 Abstain: Enrooth <br /> 16 Motion carried. <br /> 17 C. Motion by Marks, seconded by Enrooth to approve the proclamation <br /> 18 proclaiming October 6-12, 1991 as Local Cable Programming Week. <br /> 19 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 20 D. Motion by Marks, seconded by Wagner to approve Resolution 91-045 <br /> 21 approving , a contract for recycling pick up with Nitti Disposal and <br /> 22 authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to execute the contract. City <br /> 23 Attorney Soth has reviewed the document. <br /> 24 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 25 X. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. <br /> 26 Thomas Shamp, 3209 Edward, was present with his request for a fence height <br /> 27 variance. This matter had been continued from the Council's September 10th <br /> 18 meeting because a neighbor had not received the Notice of Hearing for the <br /> 9 request and the Council was unsure of the effect this omission would have on <br />
