He noted that councils generally accept the 17 recommendation made by Hennepin County in this type of 18 matter . Mr. Swierczek questioned the 41 disparity between the present valuation and that 42 suggested by the realtor. He also felt the increase in 43 the value by Hennepin County was questionable. 44 45 Busitzky suggested that the home may have been 46 undervalued for many years . Mr .
