CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 92-056 <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK <br /> GRANT (CDBG) YEAR XVIII URBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY <br /> STATEMENT OF PROJECTED USE OF FUNDS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony, through a joint cooperation agreement with Hennepin <br /> County is a participant in the Urban Hennepin County Community <br /> Development Block Grant program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony on September 22, 1992 executed Hennepin County <br /> Contract No. A09772, (Year XVIII Subrecipient Agreement) which governs <br /> the implementation of approved activities in the Urban Hennepin County <br /> Community Development Block Grant program. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> now amends the Year XVIII Urban Hennepin County Statement of Projected Use of Funds <br /> by reallocating$1,250.00 from Project #122, Removal of Architectural Barriers-Playground, <br /> to Project #123, Section 504/ADA Evaluation. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony St. hereby <br /> Anthony authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Contract <br /> A09772 to implement the subject amendment to the Year XVIII Urban Hennepin County <br /> Statement of Proposed Use of Funds. <br /> Adopted this day of 1992. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
