The Public Works Director has been designated as <br /> responsible for ADA. <br /> Transition Plan <br /> Every attempt will be made to implement those <br /> recommendations from JQP identified as proactive within a <br /> reasonable amount of time. <br /> Every attempt will be made to implement short term <br /> recommendations from JOP within two years. <br /> A reactive approach will be taken to accommodate a qualified <br /> employee's request for accessibility upgrades to provide an <br /> appropriate work environment. <br /> The City Of St. Anthony City Council will establish a policy that all <br /> new construction and remodeling meets the new construction <br /> guidelines produced as a result of the Americans with Disabilities <br /> Act. <br />
