ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 96-026 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING INSTALLATION OF <br /> "NO PARKING AT ANY TIME" SIGNS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has received a petition from affected residents requesting <br /> "No Parking At Any Time" signs be placed on the east side of Penrod Lane <br /> between Edgemere Avenue NE and 37th Avenue NE; and <br /> WHEREAS, the area was observed by the City and it was determined that the City <br /> concurs with the petitioners that the area is presently unsafe. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony hereby approves "No Parking At Any Time" signs to be installed in the area <br /> • stated above. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1996. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
