East side of Penrod Lane from Edgemere to 37th. <br /> Avenue NE to a NO Parking. Zone .. <br /> The area described. above makes driveway ingress, and egress very <br /> difficult and .dangerous . . Three dirv.eways dump into this area as <br /> well as vehicles turning off '. of 37th Ave onto. Penrod and Penrod <br /> traffic comming down a hill to 37th Avenue . This makes a small <br /> area with poor visibility, :on a hill, with many children, bicycles <br /> and pedestrians,extremely narrow-especially durring -the winter. <br /> Often there are 2 or 3 vehicles parked there all .day producing <br /> dangerous conditions for general neighborhood traffic, children, <br /> bicycles., other pedestrians , and -residents trying to get into and <br /> out of there driveways. <br /> It would be very helpful if this .small stretch :of . the east side <br /> • of Penrod between Edgemere and 37th Ave . could be a no parking <br /> area. It would cause very little inconvience to parkers to park <br /> around the corner. It would make St .
