Section 4. Approvals. The form and terms of the Redevelopment <br /> Agreement and Assistance Agreement are hereby approved and the Mayor and City • <br /> Manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute, acknowledge and deliver the <br /> Redevelopment Agreement and Assistance Agreement on behalf of the City in the <br /> form submitted to this meeting with such changes, insertions and omissions <br /> therein as do'not change the substance of the Redevelopment Agreement and the <br /> Assistance Agreement and as may be approved by the Mayor and City Manager, such <br /> approval to be evidenced conclusively by their execution of the Redevelopment <br /> Agreement and Assistance Agreement. <br /> Section 5. Other Actions. The Mayor, the City Manager and all other <br /> officers of the HRA are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver all <br /> other documents which may be required under the terms of the Redevelopment <br /> Agreement and Assistance Agreement,. and to take such other action as may be <br /> required or appropriate for the performance of the duties imposed thereby or to <br /> carry out the purposes thereof. <br /> Dated: April 23, 1996. <br /> Mayor • <br /> Attest: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: _ <br /> City Manager <br /> -2- • <br />
