1 CITY OF ST. ANTHONY HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES SEPTEMBER 8, 1998 4 I. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. 5 The meeting was called to order at 9:05 P.M, 6 II. ROLL CALL. 7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo,Vice Chair Faust, and Commissioners Cavanaugh and 8 Thuesen. 9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Mornson. 10 Commissioners Absent: Secretary Marks. 11 III. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 8, 1998 HRA AGENDA. 12 Motion by Faust, second by Thuesen to approve the September 8, 1998 HRA Agenda as 13 presented. 14 Motion carried unanimously. 15 IV. APPROVAL OF JULY 28, 1998 ERA MINUTES. 16 Motion by Faust, second by Thuesen to approve the July 28, 1998 HRA minutes as presented. Motion carried unanimously. 18 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. 19 Motion by Faust, second by Thuesen to approve the following claims: 20 21 A. Repayment to County-Kenzie Economic District: 22 1. Hennepin County in the amount of$238,781.00 for repayment of unused District 23 certification funds. 24 B. Silver Lake Bridge Project: 25 1. Rieke Carroll Muller in the amount of$1,506.51 for professional services 26 rendered from June 28, 1998 to August 1, 1998 with regard to the Silver Lake 27 Road watermain. 28 . C. Tennis Courts: 29 1. Dickson Electric in the amount of$19,315.00 for tennis court and parking lot 30 lighting, related power and controls. 31 2. Midwest Asphalt Corporation in the amount of$949.13 for surfacing of tennis 32 courts. 33 3. St. Croix Recreation Co. in the amount for$538.30 for litter receptacle. 34 4. TreemMendous, Inc. in the amount of$3,828.68 for 24 trees. 35 5. Marshall Concrete Products in the amount of- 36 a. $555.54 for landscape materials. b. $555.54 for landscape materials.
