Dorsey& Whitney in the amount of$66.25 for general legal services rendered <br /> 21 through July 31, 1998. <br /> 22 Cavanaugh asked whether 20%of the repayment to the County will be returned to the City. Mr. <br /> 23 Mornson confirmed that it would. <br /> 24 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 25 VI. OTHER BUSINESS. <br /> 26 Mr. Mornson stated he attended a meeting with Jay Scott of Opus regarding Apache Plaza. Cavanaugh <br /> 27 asked whether someone was occupying Kentucky Fried Chicken. Jay Hartman,Public Works Director, <br /> 28 confirmed it is currently being rented. <br /> 29 Cavanaugh asked whether the possibility of redeveloping Kenzie Terrace into townhomes had been <br /> 30 explored. Chair Ranallo stated the City has not been approached by any developers about such a project. <br /> 31 VII.
