Graus Construction in the amount of$32,729.00 for final payment due for general 18 construction on new City Hall project. 19 H. Legal: • 20 1. Dorsey& Whitney in the amount of$66.25 for general legal services rendered 21 through July 31, 1998. 22 Cavanaugh asked whether 20%of the repayment to the County will be returned to the City. Mr. 23 Mornson confirmed that it would. 24 Motion carried unanimously. 25 VI. OTHER BUSINESS. 26 Mr. Mornson stated he attended a meeting with Jay Scott of Opus regarding Apache Plaza. Cavanaugh 27 asked whether someone was occupying Kentucky Fried Chicken. Jay Hartman,Public Works Director, 28 confirmed it is currently being rented. 29 Cavanaugh asked whether the possibility of redeveloping Kenzie Terrace into townhomes had been 30 explored. Chair Ranallo stated the City has not been approached by any developers about such a project. 31 VII.
