City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> December 11, 2000 <br /> Page 6 <br /> l Horst expressed his opinion that he supported a facilitator; however, he had some concerns about <br /> 2 the way the information provided by the Council was processed by the facilitator at last year's <br /> 3 retreat. <br /> 4 Hodson noted that much of the information presented last year would not need to be done again <br /> 5 this year. Mornson agreed to express the Council's concerns to the facilitator(James Lynn). <br /> 6 Mornson directed the Councilmembers' attention to page 49 of the agenda packets. This page <br /> 7 lists the Councilmembers' Participation in Outside Organizations. He requested that the Council <br /> 8 review the organizations listed and determine which organizations in which they would enjoy <br /> 9 being a participant for 2001. <br /> 10 XII.
