ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 02 - 053 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT <br /> RELATING TO A POLICE TACTICAL TEAM WITH THE CITY <br /> ROSEVILLE AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY <br /> MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of St. Anthony Village recognizes the current need for increased <br /> police protection and law enforcement services; and <br /> WHEREAS, THE City Council of St. Anthony Village finds it is in their common interests and <br /> benefits of their Cities citizens to enter into an Agreement with the City of <br /> Roseville concerning staffing and activities of a Police Tactical Team within their <br /> respective jurisdictions. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> Village hereby approves the Joint Powers Agreement to Provide for a Police Tactical Team <br /> Between the City of Roseville and the City of St. Anthony Village and authorizes the Mayor and <br /> City Manager to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of St. Anthony Village. <br /> Adopted this day of , 2002. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
