These CUPs are usually <br /> considered where a property owner has a significantly over-sized <br /> lot. <br /> West St. Paul Does not have FAR,just setbacks for residential lots. Garage not <br /> included, different setback. <br /> New Hope No FAR; however,have a maximum of 65 % impervious surface <br /> coverage,which includes the buildings,parking, etc.In other <br /> words, leaving 35% green space. In R-1 or R-2, there is a <br /> maximum of 1400 square feet for accessory buildings/garage. The <br /> main garage cannot exceed 1000 square feet. A detached garage <br /> cannot exceed 15 feet high and storage sheds cannot exceed 12 <br /> feet high. The City has a design review board, which consists of <br /> the subcommittee of the Planning Commission and city staff. <br />
