The front, side and rear yard setbacks limit coverage <br /> because most Robbinsdale lots are small. The garage size is <br /> limited by a sliding scale, based on lot size(see code attached). <br /> They do not have a design review board. <br /> Brooklyn Center There are no lot coverage requirements or maximums in the <br /> ordinance. The total ground coverage of garage,or garages, may <br /> not exceed the ground coverage of the house. No more than two <br /> garages or accessory buildings are allowed. They do not have a <br /> design review board for one or two family dwellings. <br />
