No one <br /> present reported faiure to receive the notice or objected to <br /> its content . <br /> Staff Report <br /> In response to a question by Commissioner Wagner, Acting City <br /> �• Manager VanderHeyden reported the only information the City <br /> has on construction materials and methods planned by META is <br />
