Both hearings will be held in the Council <br /> Chambers of the City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast <br /> corner) and will be for the purpose: ' <br /> Consideration of a request for the necessary rezoning, condi- <br /> tiona-1 use -permit and variances to allow expansion of the Good <br /> Luck Cafe, located at 2700 Coolidge Street N.E. , and described <br /> as Lots 1 and 2 , Block 6 , Murray Heights Addition. <br /> 1. Rezoning of Lot 2 , Block 6 , Murray Heights Addition <br /> from R-1 Single Family . Residential to C General <br /> Commercial. <br /> 2. Conditional use permit approval to allow expansion of a <br /> restaurant in a location less than 250 ' from a resi- <br /> dential zone. <br /> 3. A variance from the parking requirements of the City <br /> Zoning Ordinance to allow 34 parking spaces for the <br /> proposed use, which is less than the 80 spaces <br /> required by the City Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard in reference to the above shall be heard <br /> at said time and place. <br /> David M.
