Mr. Jim <br /> Barton from the Metro Council will be present to conduct a 11 to 2 hour "capital <br /> improvement programming simulation exercise". Members of the Planning Commission, <br /> City Council and staff are, urged to attend the session after which we will begin in <br /> earnest with the Plan. <br /> ALTERNATIVES : <br /> RECOM:4ENDATION: I need an.
