Since the restaurant is within 250' of a residential zone <br /> or structure, a conditional use permit is needed to allow the expansion. No objec- <br /> tions: have been received, no traffic flow problems have been experienced due to <br /> the new video store and the plan contains 15 spaces - 14.6 are required . <br /> ALTERNATIVES : Approve, modify, or deny. <br /> RECOM:iENDATION: Staff recommends approval .
