ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing before <br /> the Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, <br /> May 15 , 1984 , at 7: 35 P .M. , in the Council Chambers of the City <br /> Hall , 3301 Silver Lake Road (.enter northeast corner) for the <br /> purpose : <br /> Consideration of a petition for a conditional use permit . <br /> Granting of the permit would allow for remodeling of the <br /> interior and exterior of the Kentucky Fried Chicken restau- <br /> rant located at 2520 Kenzie Terrace N.E. Interior remodel- <br /> ing would include the dining room and restrooms . Exterior <br /> improvements would include a new mansard and cupola, yard <br /> lighting, landscaping, parking lot resurfacing and striping, <br /> and the addition of a front vestibule. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard in reference to the above shall be <br /> heard at said time and place. <br /> David M.
